摘要
Let A be an arragement of n lines in the plane. Suppose that F1,...,Fr are faces of A and that V,...,Vs are vertices of A. Suppose also that each Fi is a (Vj) of the lines of A intersect at Vj. Then we show that ∑ i=1 rt(Fi + ∑ j=1 st(Vj)≥n+4 r 2+ s 2+ 2rs. © 1979.
