摘要
We have identified the most prominant lines in LiAl5O8:Cr and show that a number of them are zero phonon lines due to Cr3+ in inequivalent octahedral sites. We also show that the large reported R-line splitting, 266 cm-1 in LiAl5O8:Cr, consists of two Cr3+ centers coupled through phonon assisted energy transfer. © 1979.
