摘要
Spherical beads of an ion-exchange resin, functionalized deeply but not completely and to a constant absolute depth regardless of the particle size distribution, have higher operating capacity (higher regeneration efficiency), lower leakage, better overload chromatography, and greater physical and chemical stability than conventional, fully functionalized resins of the same particle size.
