摘要：

Relationships between crystal-field radial integrals which lead to an effective crystal-field hamiltonian of the same type as the one postulated in the Xi(2) approach are given in this letter. The angular overlap model in its Xi(2) restriction then appears as a particular case of the electrostatic model.
