NONLINEAR CONDUCTIVITY IN THE FIELD-INDUCED-SPIN-DENSITY-WAVE STATES OF THE ORGANIC CONDUCTOR (TMTSF)2PF6

摘要
We report the first non-ambiguous measurement of the non-linear conductivity in the field-induced-spin-density-wave (FISDW) state of the organic conductor (TMTSF)2PF6. The general characteristics of the non-linear conduction is similar to that found in ambient pressure spin-density-wave state. Threshold field (E(T)) is found in the range of 1-25mV/cm. It increases with magnetic field but shows also a valley between two phases, which is probably related to the reentrance of phase boundary that is observed in (TMTSF)2ClO4. For a given magnetic field, E(T) shows a broad maximum around 1.2K and decreases on further heating.
