摘要
The electrical resistivity of liquid Bi and liquid Hg containing a small proportion of halide ions has been measured by a d.c. potentiometric method. The positive temperature coefficient and the magnitude of the resistivity suggest that these liquids are properly described as metallic. The theoretical resistivity change calculated by the Faber-Ziman theory is in adequate agreement with the experimental results. © 1969 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
