BAND STRUCTURE AND 197AU NUCLEAR-MAGNETIC-RESONANCE STUDIES IN AUAL2 AUGA2 AND AUIN2

摘要
Measurements of the Au197 Knight shift in AuAl2, AuGa2, and AuIn2 are reported. In contrast to the strong temperature dependence of the Ga71 Knight shift, only a weak temperature dependence of the Au197 Knight shift in AuGa2 is observed. Electronic energy-band calculations for these compounds yield differences which provide an improved model for interpreting these and other experimental results. © 1969 The American Physical Society.
