摘要
The method for estimating moisture in winter rape seed (Brassica napus) by drying at 130° for 1 h gives results significantly higher than methods of drying at 103° and 105°. For the routine estimation of moisture in large numbers of samples a convenient method is to dry 10 g of whole seed for 16 h. This method compares favourably with results obtained on milled samples dried at 103° for 5 h or 105° for 16 h. Copyright © 1969 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd
