摘要
We present new shock-wave data for liquid argon in the pressure range 400 to 910 kbar, up to nearly three times liquid density. The high temperatures excite sufficient numbers of electrons to affect the pressure and permit an estimate of the conduction band gap at high densities. © 1979.
