摘要
Adult male Wistar rats were injected subcutaneously with a 0.31 mg/kg dose of 3H- or 14C-labeled pimozide. The main metabolites identified in the urine were 4-bis (p-flurophenyl)butyric acid, bis (p-fluorophenyl) acetic acid and N-4-piperidyl-2-benzimidazolinone, indicating oxidative N-dealkylation as the major metabolic pathway. Most of the radioactivity was excreted within 48 hr of injection. © 1969.
