摘要
Based on analysis of X-ray diffraction patterns, the influence of quenching parameters on the degree of chemical disordering of the rapidly solidified Ni3Al intermetallic compound was investigated. The quenching parameters were the following: the position of the nozzle relative to the wheel, the ejection pressure, the nature of the wheel, the linear speed of the wheel. The parameter which influences most the final quenched structure is the linear speed of the wheel: the higher the speed, the higher the degree of ordering. No significant influence of the ejection pressure was effectively detected.
