摘要
We noticed a possible misinterpretation in a paper (as mentioned in the above title) concerning the rotation-angle dependence of surface SHG. According to our analysis of a similar experiment, a surface-specific SHG component is obtained not at the peaks of rotation-angle dependence, but near its bottom. This discrepancy may have resulted from a difference in the definition of the origin of the rotation angle.
