摘要:
Using a 20 Gbit/s, 100km-spacing, 1000km straight-line transmission system, the robustness of soliton transmission systems to signal wavelength and repeater output power variation was experimentally investigated for the first time. The results show that the system can survive over 4nm signal wavelength drift, more than 2dB signal level reduction and more than 3dB single repeater output failure.
