LIGHT-SCATTERING IN AGI CONTAINING SUPERIONIC GLASSES

摘要
The Raman scattering of AgI:AgPO3 and (AgI)x(Ag2O 4B2O3)1-x fast ion conducting glasses has been measured as a function of composition and temperature. The insertion of AgI does not modify the structure of the matrices Ag2O:B2O3 and AgPO3. By analyzing the low frequency region of the Raman spectrum, a correlation length for AgI has been extracted. This length increases with AgI content for borate glasses in the range 20-35 Å, much less for phosphate glasses. © 1990.
