摘要
Laser action has been achieved in the 1. 33-1. 34 mu m range using an Nd**3** plus -doped fluorozirconate glass multimode fiber. These operating wavelengths are the closest to the important telecommunications channel at 1. 3 mu m of any reported for a glass laser.
