摘要：

The effective charge transfer concept is used to describe the salt adsorption process from a binary electrolyte. Expressions for the impedance of an electrochemical cell with two plane-parallel identical electrodes are derived with allowance for the Esin-Markov effect. The electrode response (under isoelectric conditions) to a sinusoidal change of the chemical potential of the salt is considered. The appropriate equivalent electric circuits are given.
