摘要
A simple and rapid technique for the determination of the equilibrium vapour pressures above volatile melts is described. Based on liquid encapsulation, the technique should be applicable to most metal and semiconductor melts. The thermal analysis of volatile melts may also be done by the same technique and even at the same time.
