摘要
Determines the ease of discrimination of the comb, beak, wattle, and their combinations. 6 White Leghorn roosters were tested in a Latin-square design in which the treatment variable required Ss to distinguish these facial attributes in a simultaneous discrimination task. The comb, when used in a configuration with the beak or wattle, is most easily discriminated, while the beak-wattle configuration is most difficult. Discriminability of the aspects singly is between these extremes. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2006 APA, all rights reserved). © 1969 American Psychological Association.
