ANOMALOUS EFFECT OF LI-7 BY LI-6 SUBSTITUTION ON IONIC-CONDUCTIVITY OF LI3SC2(PO4)3

摘要
The temperature dependencies of the ionic conductivity have been measured for Li3Sc2(PO4)3 with natural Li isotope composition and 6Li enriched. Two phase transition were observed:α ⇒ β at 450-495 K and β ⇒ γ at 495-530 K for both samples. It is shown that the substitution of 7Li by 6Li almost doubles the Li+ ion transport activation energy value. The observed phenomenon is compared to the well-known mixed alkali effect. © 1990.
