TRANSITION PROPERTIES OF 2D ANTIGRANULOCYTES THIN-FILMS OF BI-SR-CA-CU-O

摘要
The I-V relations of granular Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O thin films have been investigated. We found that electrical properties are classified into two groups according to their sheet resistance. Films with lower sheet resistance show superconductive transition, where Kosterlitz-Thouless effect with respect to flux soliton has been observed in the resistive transition. While films with higher sheet resistance show sharp resistivity increase at low temperature whose properties are explainable based on new K-T effect with respect to charge soliton.
