HIGH-PRESSURE STUDIES OF INVAR-RELATED SYSTEMS

摘要
Mössbauer studies at high pressure have been performed on the magnetic transitions in the following Invar-related systems: antiferromagnetic γ-Fe precipitates in Cu, type 310 stainless steel, and ferromagnetic Metglas 2826A. Using the Mössbauer thermal scan technique the magnetic transition temperatures in each case are observed to decrease with pressure at an approximate rate of - 0.5 K/kbar. © 1979.
