摘要
Starting from adiabatic energy curves, calculated as a function of electric field strength we use a unitary transformation to construct diabatic states which form the basis to compute the temperature dependent ionization and neutralization probabilities for neutral helium and its single charged ion, respectively. Employing a master equation we calculate the energy dependent ion yield in thermal field desorption as a function of field strength and temperature. © 1990.
