摘要
This new microanalysis technique for detecting, identifying and obtaining the distribution of the differnt components of an heterogeneous sample is similar to electron or ion microprobe methods. However, an important advantage is the ability to study samples in air, under a controlled atmosphere, or even inside transparent media rather than just in a vacuum © 1979 American Chemical Society.
