摘要
The chemiluminescence of the Eu(II)/Eu(III)-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced disodium salt (NADH)-H2O2 system has been investigated. Spectral analysis of the weak chemiluminescence has revealed two main bands (lambda = 460-480, 590-615 nm). For a more clear-sighted appreciation of the observed phenomena the total quantum yield PHI-CL has been estimated. The mechanism of chemiluminescence generated in the system containing NADH has been investigated using radical quenchers.
