摘要
It is proposed that the magnetic moment of Mn dissolved in Cu and CuPd matrices cannot be explained in terms of the d electrons alone but tha significant contributions from an antiferromagnetically directed spin polarisation arise. Susceptibility data for Mn dissolved in Cu and CuPd alloys are provided to support the above contention and in addition show that cooperative effects between Mn atoms are strongly dependent upon the conduction electron content of the matrices. © 1969.
