摘要
Improved tuning performance for electrically controlled wavelength switching up to 28 nm range and new photonic key functions, like loss-less spatial switching with > 50 dB on-off extinction as well as optically triggered tunable wavelength conversion, are reported for the recently developed InP-based Y-laser structure.
