摘要
The paper summarises the benefits to be gained in the fields covered by the title which stem from the fact that reverse osmosis can take place at low temperatures and without a phase change and puts a physical, non-porous barrier between the feed liquid and the water which passes through the membrane. The product benefits include: • - no thermal damage • - better colour • - better flavour and aroma • - lower processing costs • - pyrogen/particle free water. © 1990.
