摘要：

The relative saturations of the following fungicides, in dilute McIlvaine buffer containing sucrose, required for 50 % inhibition of spore germination of Sclerotinia laxa were determined as under : phenylmercuric chloride, 0.0002 ; nystatin, 0.028; dichlone, 0.034; copper-8-quinolinolate, 0.039; 2:4-dichloro-6-(o-chloroanilino)-striazine, 0.131; captan, 0.132; bis-(5-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl) methane, 0.234. These values are discussed in relation to current views on the fungitoxicity of the compounds.
