摘要
The temperature dependence of the electrical properties of the Cr2O3 samples with different oxygen excess is determined. The correspondence between the values of the hole concentration determined from the Seebeck coefficient and those given by the chemical analysis have shown that the electrical conduction corresponds to the whole volume of the grain. It seems that non-stoichiometric Cr2O3 exhibits a conduction mechanism sirailar to that of holes hopping, between Cr3+ ions. A new value of the carrier mobility was found. © 1969, Walter de Gruyter.
