摘要
Mass-spectrometric analysis of laser-induced from thin carbon foils gives mass spectra of carbon molecular ions which are comparable to those obtained in thermal evaporation and h.f.-spark experiments. Under the assumption of electron impact and attachment as dominating ionization processes, a range Te for the electron temperature of 4 × 104 to 6 × 104 K is deduced, with a Maxwellian energy distribution as a first approximation. © 1979.
