摘要
A detailed derivation of the Fourier transform of a reversible linear sweep voltammogram is given. Procedures for how to determine the characteristic parameters of the voltammogram in the frequency domain are also described. The calculation of the discrete transform is discussed, and a suitable function, which must be subtracted prior to transformation, is given. It is shown how a logarithmic plot in the frequency domain can aid in the selection of a proper cutoff frequency when the voltammogram is digitally filtered. The resolution of overlapping voltammograms can be improved by deconvolution, using either of two different deconvolution functions.
