摘要
A molecular-level theory of the phase diagram of folding proteins is developed and applied to associative memory Hamiltonian models. Equilibrium collapse, folding, and glass transitions are described with a unified variational treatment, and quantitative estimates of the capacity of recall are found. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
