摘要
Males with Down's syndrome mature late sexually and as adults they have been described as having small and immature testes containing few or no interstitial cells. Data in this paper show that the urinary levels of testosterone and epitestosterone for adult males with Down's syndrome were each significantly lower than levels noted for control subjects. While these differences were statistically significant, the levels observed for the adult males with Down's syndrome were, in most cases, at least marginally normal indicating considerable testicular function. © 1969.
