摘要
Depolarisation current behaviour of polyvinylidene flouride (PVF2) films has been studied as a function of the poling field (2.0 × 104 - 2.0 × 105 V/cm), above room temperature. A possible mechanism is given in terms of migration of charge carriers and their subsequent trapping. © 1979.
