摘要
The oxygen content (6+delta) in YBa2Cu3O6+delta varies with temperature and oxygen partial pressure. An equation for the content as a function of temperature and oxygen partial pressure has been obtained based on the two-sublattice model of YBa2Cu3O6(V(O),O)1. The results calculated using the equation are in very good agreement with published measured data.
