In the present work the theoretical foundation of new sol-gel technology from hydrothermalpeptiration sols, gels, products of spray drying of nitrate solution for obtaining powders for YBCO ceramic and moulding samples are developed. Other studies were carried out on mechanochemical treatment mixtures of Y2O3, Ba(OH) 2, BaO2, CuO based on agueus and alcocholic suspenseous leading to binder colloid-chemical constituents formation in the system. After thermal treatment the textured HTSC ceramic has Tc = 91-93 K, Tc less-than-or-equal-to 1,5 K, 1c approximately 10(4) A/sm2.
