摘要
Quaternized dimethylaminomethylstyrene-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) (PDAMS-Q) and chloromethylstyrene-EGDMA(PCMS-Q) were prepared as column packings having the same functional groups for HPIEC of proteins. These resins prepared from different polymer matrices varied from each other in the retention behavior of proteins. PDAMS-Q column was suitable for analysis of acidic proteins, but PCMS-Q eluted all proteins at void volume.
