摘要
The quartz-crystal microbalance appears as an attractive tool for sensor applications. Indeed, a direct response signal can be obtained: frequency variations occurring after various interactions are in general attributed to a mass variation. In fact, many factors can affect this response: viscosity, density, visco-elasticity, etc. Therefore, an impedance analysis of such piezoelectric transducers seems necessary in order to validate this tool. Preliminary results demonstrate the necessity of using a network analyser, in particular for viscosity interferences.
