摘要
The proton selective relaxation rates of D- and L-tryptophan are affected to a different extent by the interaction with human serum albumin. These differences are correlated to a different degree of immobilization of the two enantiomers at the protein binding site. Conversely, no differences are detected in their intermolecular dipolar interaction with the protein protons.
