摘要：

The present capabilities of the Service in Toulouse are described, followed by the framework of the ''12 MJ Project'' which is now under construction together with the characteristics of the future magnets available in 1995. The 12 MJ pulsed generator is an expansion by a factor 10 of the generator built 20 years ago.
