摘要
Os3(CO)11[S(CH2)3] undergoes photoassisted ring opening, CH activation, and decarbonylation to yield Os3(CO)10[m-SCH2C(H)==CH2](m-H) (2). 2 engages in a phosphine-assisted insertion reaction between the allyl group and the hydride ligand to yield Os3(CO)10-(PMe2Ph)[m-S(CH2)3] (3), which contains a novel thia-metallacyciic ring. 3 is decarbonylated at 97°C to yield the PMe2Ph derivative of 2. © 1990, American Chemical Society.
