Josephson coupling and anisotropy in lead-substituted bismuth cuprates

摘要
We have investigated the intrinsic interlayer Josephson effects in lead-free Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy and lead-subslimted Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2CaCu2Oy. across mesas patterned on single-crystal platelets. We have observed that lead-substitution induces an important increase of the Josephson tunnelling and of the dynamic coupling between the intrinsic junctions stacked in the crystal mesas.
