摘要：

Morphological analyses indicate that only the name Eurytemora affinis (Poppe, 1880) should be used, and that E. hirundo Giesbrecht, 1881 and E. hirundoides (Nordquist, 1888) should be regarded as synonyms. Eu. affinis is a very variable form which colonises waters of the Baltic and North Sea of varying salinitites (0.5-20 ppt), and which may be viewed as a true estaurine species. -from Authors
