摘要：

Pretreatment of chromosomal preparations improves the reproducibility of R.sbd.banding. The pretreatment consists of covering slides with protein film made by a mixing of fetal calf serum and methanol acetic acid fixative. This procedure allows other banding techniques (GTG [trypsin G.sbd.banding and Ag NOR [nucleolus organizing region]).
