摘要
The fine structure of the M45N45N45 Palladium Auger transition was investigated. The energy of the peaks and the changes of their shapes due to surface modifications, either by alloying or by oxidation are studied. It is found that the fine structure is due to the overlapping of two band-like" transitions of the type M4VV and M5VV. © 1979."
