摘要
Two new pulse sequences are described for perturbing and observing previously neglected magnetization modes Via C-13- coupled relaxation experiments. These pulse sequences are used to study the AX(2) spin system of [2-C-13]glycine. Improved nonlinear least-squares fits of experimental data and additional insights into the relaxation of the spin system are realized by measuring the time evolution of the newly detected magnetizations via new read pulse sequences.
