摘要
The use of neutrons and x-rays with energies higher than those normally used is advocated for the diffraction study of local atomic structure of ferroelectric and superconducting oxides. These probes have recently become available from pulsed neutron sources or synchrotron radiation sources and, used together with the atomic pair distribution analysis, are expected to greatly enhance our understanding of the microscopic state of mixed ferroelectrics and ferroelectric transitions. © 1991, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
