摘要
Two immunoglobulin kappa chains were selected out of several carrying the genetic marker Inv (1,2) and shown to be very similar to other kappa chains of the subgroup κII. The three subgroups (κI, κII and κIII) of the amino terminal halves (variable region) are thus shown to be associated with either leucine or valine at residue 191 in the carboxyterminal half (constant region). The results provide additional evidence for the requirement of an integration mechanism during the control of immunoglobulin synthesis. © 1969.
