摘要
Parametric oscillation over the range 0.950-1.006-mu-m and 1.130-1.210-mu-m has been obtained in LiB3O5 by pumping with the second harmonic of a Nd: YAG laser under temperature-tuned, type-2 90-degrees phase-matching conditions. The device emitted the output pulses having a linewidth of approximately 4 angstrom without any tuning element in the cavity.
