Experimental study of outgassing of 304 stainless steel and aluminum with various surface treatments including glass-bead shot blasting, electropolishing with different surface roughnesses, shot blasting or electropolishing with air bake at 250 or 450 C; and electropolishing with 450//0 vacuum bakeout; effects of hydrogen depletion after bakeout.
